Take note of how pregnant she is and mentally count back the days or weeks and match it to your sexual activity with her? Do things match up? Even if they do, it\u2019s time for DNA checking. It may cost you a pretty penny but, it\u2019s well worth the trouble. Paternity testing can be done as early as 10 weeks into the pregnancy with a procedure called a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/baby\/chorionic-villus-sampling-cvs\" target=\"_blank\">CVS or chorionic villus sampling<\/a>. It involves a needle inserted through the cervix through the vagina or the abdomen. A sample of the chorionic villi from the uterus is extracted. The villi have the same genetic code as the baby and will be used to compare the DNA against yours. Between the 14th and 20th week of pregnancy, Amniocentesis are also used in paternity testing. This technique also involves a needle inserted into the uterus and then into the amniotic sac for a fluid draw. The procedure is also used to test the lung maturation in pregnancies where the baby is at risk of being born premature.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s where things get real. If you do, for certain, have a baby on the way with your mistress, it is time to make the hard decisions. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/kati-haycock\/lets-have-an-honest-conve_b_5447888.html\" target=\"_blank\">frank and honest conversation<\/a> with your mistresses is required.
